Ayesha Hasan is the Founder and CEO of Dream 3 Education Pvt. Ltd, a consulting and social enterprise based out of Lahore, Pakistan.

Dream 3 strives to positively impact the course of a student’s evolution by inspiring curiosity, critical thinking and confidence. By providing individually tailored plans for intellectual, interpersonal and physical growth, Dream 3 prepares students for the college admissions process but also imparts tangible soft skills that will be necessary for future success. To date, Dream 3 has helped over a 1000 students secure admission into universities across the US, UK, Canada & Europe including admissions to every university ranked in the top 20 globally. Ayesha’s students have also secured over $20,000,000 in financial aid and scholarship.
Outside of Dream 3, Ayesha is an active member of her family office and works closely with her father in construction. Their seminal work includes a 15-floor commercial shopping mall in the hear of Rawalpindi, Cantt with a gross revenue of $3 million annually. Ayesha worked closely with the design and marketing teams for the project, experience that later translated into her expanding the company’s portfolio in building educational infrastructure across the country. Last year, she completed her first project – a 232,500 sq. ft. purpose-built state-of-art educational facility on Pine Avenue, Lahore.
Ayesha graduated from Columbia University where she developed a comprehensive understanding of international law, policy and social impact. Her education at Columbia, a prestigious institution known for its rigorous academic program significantly contributed to innovative approach in addressing global challenges. During Columbia, Ayesha interned with Bellwether Education Partners in Washington DC where, in a more research driven role, she analyzed the setbacks resulting from inefficient district policy in the public education sector. Post college, she worked with Success Academy Charter schools in New York city as an avid contributor to their curricula team, implementing techniques that would lead to solid conceptual development. Ayesha was also an early-stage investor in “Markhor Private Limited” the holding company which owns International School Lahore and is currently the only female board member of the institution. In 4 years, ISL has expanded to opening 3 branches in Lahore and currently houses over 6,000 students.
Ayesha enjoys classical music, is a postmodern art devotee and a coffee enthusiast. Her latest hobby includes mastering poker strategy.
